Information we use

We process your name, email, username, password hash, account and security logs, hosting orders, subscription identifiers, support correspondence and server files to provide and secure hosting. Your game server may contain player identifiers, chat and activity logs. You control what your players upload and should inform them about your server rules and data practices.

Payments and service providers

Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout; our hosting application stores provider references rather than full card numbers. Hosting infrastructure, email and backup providers process data to deliver the service. Servers currently run in France; administration, mail, backups and payment processing may involve other countries, including the United States. Contact us for information about applicable transfer safeguards and processors.

Purposes and retention

We use data to fulfil hosting contracts, handle billing and support, protect accounts, meet legal obligations and investigate abuse. We do not sell account or world data. Suspended worlds are retained for at least 14 days after paid access ends; deletion is reviewed by an operator. Backups are not erased instantly when a live file is removed. Financial records may be kept for applicable accounting requirements; security records only as needed for investigation and protection.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export or deletion, subject to identity verification, legal duties and other users’ rights. You may also have rights to object, restrict processing or complain to your relevant data-protection authority. Cancellation alone does not erase required billing records. We do not enrol you in marketing solely because you create a hosting account.

Cookies and security

The portal uses essential session and security cookies. Do not share account links or passwords. Restrict access to your world and export important backups. Contact support promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

The public ZEISMO Minecraft community

Community play is separate from paid hosting. Running the world can involve processing player usernames, game account identifiers, connection and security logs, chat, gameplay records and saved progress. We use these to provide access, operate and protect the world, investigate problems and moderate behaviour. Player names and messages in public chat may be visible to other players.

The public server-status feed provides bounded connection status and aggregate player counts. It does not publish private customer profiles or individual player account identifiers.

The optional in-game AI guide

The guide asks for consent during your game session before its AI features are used. Questions you submit are sent through ZEISMO to Anthropic’s Claude service to generate a reply. Do not include personal information, credentials or other secrets. ZEISMO records bounded usage and operational information; ordinary game or security logs may still contain chat or connection data. The model provider may process and retain requests under its applicable service terms. The guide does not automatically perform game actions on your behalf. Use /guide off to stop using it.
