I cannot sign in.
Use the hosting panel’s Forgot password link and check the inbox for the email on your account. Check spam if necessary. ZEISMO Play uses a separate account from the main ZEISMO business portal.
My payment finished but the server is not ready.
Return to your hosting order page; it checks for updates automatically. Installation begins after payment confirmation and can take time. If an error remains, send support your order reference. Do not pay a second time to retry the same order.
I cannot connect in Minecraft.
Check the server is running, that you are using the correct Java client version, and that the address and port match your rented server. The ZEISMO community address is not your private hosting address.
I want to join the ZEISMO community server.
Open our community page for the available connection methods and access information. You do not need to buy hosting simply to read the joining instructions.

Support is handled by email. There is no fixed response-time promise or round-the-clock staffed support commitment.
What can support help investigate?
Hosting account access, email verification, hosting installation, assigned connection details, billing, renewal cancellation, refund requests and backup or world-recovery issues. Include the order reference, approximate time and a redacted error message.
What needs a separate discussion?
Plugin development, custom maps, gameplay moderation, complex modpack installation and migrations that need hands-on work are not included commitments. Ask before purchasing if you depend on a specific plugin or setup.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel future renewal from Hosting & billing → your order. For a refund request, email support@zeismo.com with your order reference. Our first-subscription payment refund policy allows requests within 14 days; see the full terms. Cancellation alone is not a refund request. Never send payment credentials.
