First-subscription refund policy
You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days. The hosting terms describe how to request it and what happens to service access and your data. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Available capacity
Player ranges are ZEISMO planning estimates for Paper survival with a few lightweight plugins, view distance around 8 chunks and simulation distance around 6. They are not measured capacity guarantees or enforced player limits. Heavy farms, extra plugins and new terrain generation can reduce capacity; CPU performance matters as well as RAM.
Packages can temporarily become unavailable when there is no suitable capacity. A package listing does not guarantee a reservation before checkout. Rust and Valheim are not currently on sale.
Fair resource expectations
Your package has defined limits. We do not advertise unlimited resources or a guaranteed player count. Backups, large worlds and game modifications need to be managed within the service limits.

Choose Vanilla, Paper cross-play, Fabric or NeoForge in your hosting account. Vanilla and Paper use Minecraft 26.3; Modded uses Minecraft 1.21.1. Servers are hosted in Paris, France, with defined memory, storage and shared CPU quotas.
Console, files & server settings
Start, stop and restart your server; read console output; manage compatible world files and configuration. Give helpers access through server user permissions rather than sharing your account password.
Your connection address
Your dashboard shows the address and port assigned to your selected server. Use those details in Minecraft Java Multiplayer. The ZEISMO community address is a different server; a dedicated IP address or custom domain is not included in these plans.
Backups & moving your world
Each plan includes three customer backup slots. Create a recovery point before changing plugins or replacing your world, and download an independent copy. Compatible existing worlds can be uploaded. Backup availability is not a promise against every kind of data loss.
Account & payment protection
Your current account email must be verified before checkout. Stripe receives that registered email for the payment session; enter payment details on Stripe’s hosted checkout. ZEISMO stores payment references rather than full card numbers. Never send card details, passwords or recovery codes to support.
After payment
Payment is confirmed on the server before installation starts. Your order page updates automatically; return to it to follow progress. Once ready, open the dashboard, check the console and start your server. Installation time varies. If an order needs attention, contact support rather than paying again.
What is not included
Minecraft licences, paid mods/plugins, custom map building and player moderation are not included. Modded plans install the selected Fabric or NeoForge loader, not a named pack. Paper cross-play is a separate option; client-required Java mods do not automatically work on Bedrock. Other versions, loaders and managed pack setup need a custom quote. Rust and Valheim are still in preparation.
Performance expectations
Player ranges describe simultaneous online players, not registered community members. They are planning estimates for light Paper survival, not load-tested guarantees. Shared CPU, world generation, farms, entities, plugins and view distance affect performance. Check your resource readings and contact support before choosing a larger plan.
Maintenance & availability
Capacity is reserved before checkout. Maintenance and outages can occur; these plans do not include an uptime SLA. A community-server status indicator describes the community server only. Use your own dashboard for your rented server’s current status.
Changing packages
An automatic upgrade or downgrade workflow is not currently offered. Contact support with your server reference before changing plans. Do not buy another subscription expecting it to automatically resize or migrate an existing server.
