Your hosting service

Minecraft Java plans are hosted in Paris, France and include three customer backup slots. Campfire includes 4 GB RAM, 1 shared CPU quota and 15 GB file storage for £7.99 per month; Village includes 6 GB RAM, 1.5 shared CPU quota and 25 GB storage for £11.99 per month; Kingdom includes 8 GB RAM, 2 shared CPU quota and 40 GB storage for £15.99 per month. Prices are in GBP and include applicable tax. Your order records the package and recurring price you select. Shared CPU quotas are resource limits, not dedicated physical cores. A game licence is not included. We do not guarantee a player count: performance depends on worlds, plugins and activity. Other packages and games cannot be purchased until offered in checkout.

Billing and starting service

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges. The checkout states the total before you pay. By selecting “Start service after payment” you request installation once payment is verified. This does not waive your cancellation or other statutory rights. Installation can take time; if it fails, contact support for repair or a refund. We never require a second payment to retry an uncertain order.

Cancel or request a refund

Cancel renewal through Hosting & billing → your order → Cancel renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. For immediate cancellation and a refund, email support@zeismo.com with your order reference. We offer a full refund of your first subscription payment if you request cancellation within 14 days of that purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally initiated within 14 days of the request; bank processing can take longer. Renewal payments are not routinely refunded for a change of mind, but duplicate charges, service failure and statutory entitlements are reviewed. Applicable consumer rights always take precedence.

Your world and backups

Download your own backups regularly. Use the portal to create and restore up to three backup slots. Operator recovery snapshots are additional safeguards, not an unlimited archive or a guarantee against all loss. After paid access ends, we retain the world for at least 14 days so you can contact support to request an export. Deletion after that period is an operator-reviewed process, not an instant automatic wipe. Exceptions may apply to harmful or unlawful content, security incidents and legally required preservation. Billing and security records may be retained separately.

Account security and acceptable use

You must be at least 18, or have an adult account holder purchase and manage the subscription. Keep credentials private and use role-based access for helpers. You are responsible for your players and uploaded content. Do not use hosting for malware, mining, attacks, scanning other systems, illegal content, harassment or attempts to escape your assigned server. No access to other customers is permitted. Resource limits apply; we may suspend harmful workloads to protect users and investigate abuse. Where reasonable, we explain the reason and provide a support review route.

Maintenance and support

We provide hosting and technical support, not community moderation or game licences. Contact support@zeismo.com or online@zeismo.com. Support is handled by email; we do not promise round-the-clock staffing or a fixed response time. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages can occur. We will investigate reported service failures and discuss repair, credit or refund where appropriate. No uptime SLA is included in this launch package.

Fair handling of disputes

Contact support first so we can investigate. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We do not require you to waive statutory cancellation, refund or dispute rights. Material changes to price or service terms will be communicated before taking effect; they do not silently alter an already-paid period.
