ZEISMOPLAY

FIND THE RIGHT CONNECTION

Your edition.
Your way in.

A rented Minecraft server and the ZEISMO community world have different connection details. Check which experience you want before sharing an address.

01

Joining your rented Java server

Our currently available customer hosting is for Minecraft Java Edition. Sign in to the hosting panel, open your server and confirm that it is running. Copy its assigned address and port from the panel. In a compatible Java client, open Multiplayer, choose Add Server and enter those details.

Use your assigned customer address, not the public community address below. Choose the Paper cross-play setup for Java and Bedrock on the same assigned port. Official Vanilla, Fabric and NeoForge are separate Java options; existing servers need a requested setup change. In Bedrock, use Add Server where available. Bedrock players do not need to own Java Edition. New servers start with an allowlist: follow your order page to invite Java and Bedrock players. Consoles may need a connection helper. Share the address only with people you want to invite.

Joining Aether Gardens on Java

For our separate community world, use zeismoplay.com with Java port 25565. Check the community page for current status before connecting. The community has a ten-player concurrent limit; it is not a player-count promise for rented hosting packages.

03

Joining the community on Bedrock

On supported Bedrock clients with a custom-server entry option, such as Windows or mobile, add zeismoplay.com and port 19132. Use a compatible game version and a valid game account. The community connection does not provision a private rented Bedrock server.

Console editions do not always expose the same custom-server controls. Do not buy Java hosting assuming it will connect directly from your console. The community gamertag ZEISMO is an identity, not an automatic friend-connect service.

04

If the connection does not work

First check the edition, address, port and server status. For a rented server, review its startup state and console output in your panel. A newly installed or restarting server may not yet be ready. Confirm that the client version matches the server requirements.

Send support the server name or order reference, exact error, game edition and approximate time. Do not share passwords, verification links or authentication codes. We can help narrow down the connection issue without collecting your account secrets.
