Three clear steps.
- Link your character. Sign in to the player portal and verify your current gaming email. Follow the account-linking instructions for your character.
- Choose your membership. Review the selected tier, recurring price and terms before continuing to secure checkout.
- See your rank in game. Your badge is activated after payment is verified. If confirmation is delayed, check your existing order rather than paying twice.

How do I claim my fortnightly gift?
Use /packs in game. Each kit contains 1 stone pickaxe, 1 stone axe, 1 stone shovel and 16 cobblestone. Keep four empty inventory slots. Free gets its first kit immediately; subsequent Free claims need one new completed /quests board contract. Plus needs two, Pro three and Elite four. Complete contracts by harvesting, fishing, hunting naturally spawned monsters or exploring.
The next gift unlocks 14 days after your last successful claim, across all tiers. Upgrading does not reset the cooldown. Only contracts completed since your last claim count. Paid membership must be active and verified at claim time. Claim in Survival outside combat and minigames.
What are Rare, Epic and Legendary collectibles?
They describe cosmetic style, not random odds, tradable rare resources or stronger equipment. Owned collectibles appear in /packs collection and trigger personal visual celebrations in the protected hub. They do not enter the tradable item inventory. Collected styles remain unlocked; claiming the same pack again does not create a second copy of a style. Every pack has guaranteed contents.
Are ranks and memberships separate purchases?
No. Plus, Pro and Elite are the cosmetic rank identities attached to their monthly memberships. You do not need to buy the rank again.
Will a paid rank make me stronger?
No. All four tiers share the same gameplay limits. Paid memberships provide a cosmetic badge and challenge-earned cosmetic collectibles. The stone starter supplies and competitive gameplay limits stay equal across tiers.
Can I cancel?
You can request renewal cancellation from your player account. Once confirmed, future renewal stops and verified paid membership continues through its paid period. Review the membership terms for payment and refund details.
Is it a permanent rank?
No. Paid cosmetic membership is a monthly subscription. The badge depends on an active, verified entitlement and is not a lifetime purchase.
Does this include server hosting or store items?
No. Hosting is a separate service. The new ecommerce marketplace is not open; this page only describes the existing player memberships.
What if payment or the badge is delayed?
Check payment status on your existing order, then contact player support with the order reference. Do not place a replacement purchase while staff review it.
